Protein

Protein is made up of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen.

Protein is made up of amino acids connected by a series of peptide bonds which create a polypeptide chain (primary structure). Proteins are then moved into a secondary structure which is caused by the hydrogen bonds forcing it into a double helix. Tertiary structure is even more different, this is when the protein molecules are made into 3 seperate catogaries (fibrous, globular and conjugated).
